What’s next for Holyoke’s Lynch School? Colvest Group weighs options after Planning Board rejects retail, bank proposal
Representatives from The Colvest Group told the city Wednesday that they are going to regroup internally following Tuesday night’s Planning Board rejection of the company’s plans for the former site of the John J. Lynch School. Frank Colaccino, CEO and founder of The Colvest Group, said Wednesday he doesn’t know whether his company will move forward with a project at the site. The company will have to make a decision within a few weeks, he said.
