Westfield’s John S. Lane & Son quarries sold to Palmer Paving owner Peckham Industries
Peckham Industries Inc. of Brewster, New York, has purchased JSL Materials of Westfield, parent company of John S. Lane & Son quarries and JSL Asphalt, for an undisclosed sum, the companies announced Monday. Peckham is the same company that purchased Palmer Paving, also a maker of asphalt and builder of roads, in 2018. The JSL deal gives Peckham a big portion of the local supply chain for road building.
