Way Finders in line for $2M in state money for new Springfield headquarters
Way Finders, the Springfield-based housing agency once known as HAPHousing, expects $2 million in state economic development bond money for its $8 million to $9 million headquarters project. Way Finders bought the former Peter Pan Springfield Bus Terminal at 1776 Main St. back in April for $2.75 million. Way Finders took possession in June, after Peter Pan moved its offices across the street to Union Station. The housing agency quickly set about removing asbestos and other contamination.
