Way Finders continues demolition at old Peter Pan bus station in Springfield
Specialized crews are removing asbestos from the former Peter Pan Springfield Bus Terminal. Meanwhile, the head of Way Finders says construction of the housing agency’s new headquarters should begin at the site in the middle of November. Demolition should take four weeks once the toxic asbestos is removed and disposed of, said Peter A. Gagliardi, president and CEO of Way Finders. Way Finders is the new name for what was once HAP Housing.
