If you are still looking to be a part of the MGM Springfield roster ahead of the casino’s Aug. 24 grand opening, you still have a chance. The next invite-only hiring event is scheduled for this coming Monday and Tuesday, June 18-19. According to the casino company, all departments will be represented at the event, but recruiters will primarily be focused on food & beverage positions, including cooks, kitchen stewards, servers, bar porters, hosts, runners, and pantry and counter workers.
