U.S. Rep. Richard Neal to address Holyoke Chamber reception
U.S. Rep. Richard E. Neal, D-Springfield, will be the main speaker at this year’s Greater Holyoke Chamber of Commerce Candidates and Elected Officials Reception from 5 to 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday at Gary Rome Hyundai. The intent of the event at the dealership at 150 Whiting Farms Road is to introduce elected officials to the business community with a format that is a little speaking and lots of mingling, organizers said. Spiros Hatiras, president and chief executive officer of Holyoke Medical Center, also is scheduled to make remarks, organizers said.
