Trinity Health Springfield medical group earns national recognition
Trinity Health Of New England Medical Group-Springfield has achieved Gold Status recognition from the American Heart and American Medical associations for achieving blood pressure control rates of 70 percent or more in the group’s adult patient population with high blood pressure.
