Three businesses reportedly interested in developing new restaurant at Springfield’s Union Station
Christopher Moskal, executive director of the Springfield Redevelopment Authority which owns Union Station, said discussions are underway with three restaurants, but he could not say when an agreement might be reached. “We’re thrilled that there are three interested parties for that last retail space,” Moskal said. ‘We’ll give them an opportunity to come back to us and move forward.” The only publicized proposal was revealed last October by restaurateurs Andy Yee and Peter Picknelly.
