The Republican office building for sale, lease
The Republican has put up signs to draw attention to the availability of its office building at 1860 Main Street for lease or sale. Its large adjoining production facility, where The Republican and dozens of other publications are printed, is not for sale.“For many years we have had more office space than we need,” said Publisher & CEO George Arwady, “even while our manufacturing space has grown crowded. We have tried unsuccessfully for several years to lease out all or part of this prime office space, and now we are trying to draw attention to its availability also for sale, including on a condominium basis.”
