Faith United Church is selling its landmark 108-year-old building in Springfield’s stately Forest Park neighborhood. The 30,530-square-foot building at 58 Sumner Avenue at its intersection with Fort Pleasant Avenue is listed with Colebrook Realty Services, the same Springfield firm that sells unneeded churches and school properties for the Roman Catholic Diocese of Springfield. The church has an asking price of $749,000.
