The 126-acre Redemption Christian Academy in Northfield now in hands of California mortgage holder
Redemption Christian Academy handed its 126-acre campus at 154 South Mountain Road over to its mortgage lender last month to avoid foreclosure on the $1.96 million debt, according to documents on file with the Franklin County Registry of Deeds. The new owner is MWD Asset Servicing Inc., of San Diego, a unit of MWD Investment. MWD Investment, have been on site in Northfield for about a month, property manager Joe Jarvies said Tuesday.
