Springfield Technical Community College student-teachers will gain experience this summer by instructing young children through a six-week virtual preschool. The Pioneer Valley Virtual Preschool was created in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. About 14 STCC education students enrolled in a summer student teaching course will get direct teaching experience – perhaps not as anticipated, but nonetheless valuable.
