The Massachusetts Department of Transportation will hold a public meeting at the Holyoke Senior Center at 6:30 p.m. Sept. 10 on a proposed two-lane roundabout where Route 141 meets Interstate 91 at Exit 17. MassDOT also proposes to improve traffic flow and access where Route 141, also known as Easthampton Road, converges with Lindor Heights. The agency must secure rights-of-way and temporary easements near the construction site.
