The Massachusetts School Building Authority has awarded a $73.2 million grant for the construction of two new public middle schools in Holyoke. But the projects are not a done deal. Voters Nov. 5 will decide whether to authorize a Proposition 2½ override to raise the rest of the construction costs, estimated at more than $132 million.
