Springfield’s Chestnut Towers sells within company for $12 million
Chestnut Towers in Springfield changed hands last month but didn’t really change hands. According to papers filed at the Hampden County Registry of Deeds Dec. 12, the 489-apartment complex looming over Springfield’s downtown was sold by Related Springfield Associates Limited Partnership to Chestnut Park Preservation LLP for $12 million.
