Springfield Pearl Street apartments, parking lot sell for $2.4M

Two apartment buildings on Pearl Street near the city police station and across the street from Springfield Technical Community College sold last month to buyers who’d already spent $6.5 million on city apartment buildings. Buyers 212 Pearl LLC — controlled by Moshe Wechsler and Michael Munk, according to records from the Secretary of the Commonwealth — paid $1.92 million for 202-206 Pearl St. and $1.19 million for neighboring 208-212 Pearl St. The company also bought a parking lot and outbuilding at 196 Pearl St. for $100,000. All the sales information is according to deeds field with the Hampden County Registry of Deeds April 13.
