Springfield City Council approves Balise Mazda dealership in South End as part of $6 million redevelopment
The City Council on Monday approved a special permit for Balise Auto Group that paves the way for a new Mazda dealership in the South End. The more than $6 million project was strongly praised by city officials and neighborhood representatives. The special permit, approved by unanimous vote, will allow the sale of new and used cars, repairs and maintenance, painting and body work, and car leasing.
