Canon Realty in Easthampton has listed the property on its website and the Multiple Listing Service Property Information Network site. According to the listing, the sale includes the business, on-site brewery equipment, the building, 1.5 acres of land and the liquor license for an asking price of $799,000. The oldest of a four-restaurant group, the Western-themed steakhouse opened in 2001, according to its MLS listing.
