The weekly event is sponsored by the Springfield Business Improvement District and features cars, live music, classic tunes spun by DJ Bruce Marshall from Classic Hits 97.7 FM, raffles and giveaways. “What a thrill it is to be back for the fourth season,” said Michelle Grout, program coordinator for the Springfield BID. “We’re off to a great start.” Grout said they were expecting 75 cars to show up, but by the middle of the event, more than 95 vehicles filled the park.
