‘Seed to shelf’: Hadley’s V-One controls each step of vodka production with purchase of Polish distillery
When the first bottles roll off the line at V-One Vodka’s very own distillery in Poland this April, it will be the realization of a long-held goal for founder Paul Kozub, who first made the spirit in his Hadley basement 13 years ago. It’ll also be the end of a year-long process of buying and renovating the 130-year-old distillery and 20-acre farm in the Kamień region of northwestern Poland on the country’s Baltic coast.
