Red Rose Pizzeria adding 2nd kitchen to handle crowds spurred by MGM Springfield

With business booming, Red Rose Pizzeria is constructing a second kitchen and hiring additional staff to deal with the influx of customers seen since last year’s opening of the neighboring MGM Springfield. “We’re excited,” Red Rose owner Tony Caputo said on Friday. “We are adding on a state-of-the-art kitchen, basically duplicating everything we have now to be able to serve our guests better. It will be much better for everyone — customers and staff.”
