Public hearing held on proposed Holyoke Landing retail project
The Planning Board conducted an initial site plan review for Holyoke Landing, a retail project slated off Lower Westfield Road. Kevin Solli, of Solli Engineering, presented plans during a virtual public hearing Tuesday night. The City Hall Annex remains closed during the pandemic. No members of the public came forward to speak.
