People in Business: River Valley Counseling Center announces promotion of Joy Brock to Program Director of Concern EAP
River Valley Counseling Center (RVCC) has announced the promotion of Joy Brock, Psy. D., as the new Program Director of CONCERN Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Brock received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Maryland University College, a Master of Science in Psychology from Old Dominion University, a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology and a Doctor of Psychology, both from Regent University.
