People in Business: Michelle Ricker, new head of Public Safety at Springfield Housing Authority
Springfield Housing Authority employee Michelle Ricker has been promoted to Manager of Public Safety. Ricker, who began working at SHA in 2013, now oversees a staff of five public safety officers and administrative workers out of the authority’s administrative headquarters at 60 Congress St. in downtown Springfield. Together, she and her staff maintain order and oversee safe living conditions on all SHA properties.
