Big Y Foods, Inc. has announced the appointmet of Christian P. D’Amour as senior manager of their Table & Vine division. Table & Vine is a destination for fine wine, local beer, craft spirits, gourmet foods and more and a subsidiary of Big Y. In His role, D’Amour will be responsible for this division’s sales, marketing and operations. His responsibilities include the flagship location in West Springfield, as well as the 7 store locations within Massachusetts. Big Y World Class Markets and the beer category in all Connecticut stores.
