Overview of EDC and Springfield WORKS’ Community Empowerment and Reinvestment Grant Press Event & Data Walk
One of the most important steps in facilitating systems change strategy, is asking community members what needs to change. Springfield WORKS/Working Cities Challenge, a community-wide initiative with the Western Massachusetts Economic Development Council, conducted a survey in which those who are involved in the justice system had the opportunity to tell share what needs to happen in order for them to have an equal-opportunity chance at success.
