Northampton restaurant building sold; plans unclear for former Sakura buffet
A purchaser from New Jersey paid $1.25 million for the former Hunan Gourmet building at 261 King St., according to a deed filed July 14 with the Hampshire County Registry of Deeds. The building most recently was Sakura Asian Seafood Buffet and is now closed.
