MGM Springfield to mark Theodor Geisel (Dr. Seuss) birthplace at its Armory Square
Leagrey Dimond, stepdaughter of Theodor Seuss Geisel — Dr. Seuss — fixed her eyes on the horizon Thursday and remembered the first time she saw Springfield’s skyline with all its towers, turrets, spires and signs. “That was his inspiration,” she said. “I can see where he got all the ideas.”
