MGM Springfield announced Monday that it is prepared to hire qualified card game dealers “on the spot” when it conducts interviews and auditions scheduled Sept. 3, and Sept. 5. MGM Springfield is hosting the open auditions for qualified table game dealers on both dates from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., at MGM on the 9th floor of 95 State St. “Candidates will be hired on the spot if they pass the auditions for blackjack, craps and roulette,” MGM said.
