When Susan Gosselin and Janis Santos were teachers for Head Start many years ago, they worked in basements, community rooms in churches or wherever they could find space. They saw one of their dreams come true Tuesday morning during the unveiling of the $4 million MGM Head Start Child and Family Center on Union Street in the city’s South End.
