MassMutual is working with Fiorina, the former CEO of Hewlett-Packard and 2016 Republican presidential candidate, to provide leadership training to charity and civic groups in the city, Fiorina and MassMutual said this week. The foundation will help fund partnerships between Unlocking Potential, Fiorina’s leadership development nonprofit, and local organizations. The initiative will be formally announced during Fiorina’s appearance at the Springfield Public Forum on September 27, she said in an interview.
