MassHousing finances $8.9M in renovations at Holyoke apartment complex
The owners of a 127-unit apartment complex at 12 Sargent St. S. C. Hamilton Apartments will make extensive property improvements under an $8.9 million financing deal announced Monday by MassHousing. Construction at the S.C. Hamilton apartments is expected to be done in January 2021, according to a news release.
