Mass. Gaming Commission to meet with MGM Springfield for quarterly report, vote on Court Square housing
The Mass. Gaming Commission will meet Thursday with MGM Springfield officials to review their quarterly report and vote on a Court Square housing project. The regular meeting begins at 10 a.m. at the MassMutual Center at 1277 Main St. It is open to the public. The commission will consider giving a formal vote of approval for MGM Springfield to invest $16 million toward renovations of the long-vacant building at 13-31 Elm St., at Court Square, planned for market rate housing and other uses.
