Ludlow Mills lands $300K in historic tax credits, says Rep. Thomas Petrolati

Petrolati, D-Ludlow, a strong supporter of the ongoing preservation and redevelopment project along the banks of the Chicopee River.  The funding will help developer WinnCompanies complete a restoration project that’s expected to produce 89 residential units and create up to 100 construction jobs at the iconic Clock Tower Building at Mill 8, one of the many buildings at the sprawling complex covering 170 acres between State Street and the river.
