Local investors interested in buying Tower Square Hotel, state documents say
MassMutual told state officials that there is local investor interest in buying the Tower Square Hotel. That’s according to state documents released to The Republican through a public records request. They include pages of handwritten notes by Secretary of Housing and Economic Development Jay Ash as he spoke repeatedly with MassMutual about a deal to have the insurance giant consolidate in Massachusetts.
