Peter A. Picknelly stood in the unfinished Iya Sushi and Noodle Kitchen restaurant and looked out at traffic moving on Amherst’s busy Pleasant Street. “You are going to make a lot of money here,” he said to Andy Yee before Yee caught him. “We,” Picknelly corrected himself. “We are going to make a lot of money here.” Iya, expected to open in May, will be the sixth restaurant owned in partnership by the Yee family’s Bean Restaurant Group, Picknelly, the chairman and CEO of Peter Pan Bus Lines, and father-and-son business consultants Michael K. Vann and Kevin B. Vann.
