Brothers Raipher D. Pellegrino and Joseph A. Pellegrino Jr. purchased the Indian Orchard Mills arts and industry complex earlier this month from its longtime owner for $4 million. “So, we did our job. We created a lovely community here,” said now-former owner Charles N. Brush. “We have such lovely tenants. It’s time to move on.”
