Indian Orchard businesses get lifeline from Eastman Foundation: $20,000 in coronavirus recovery grants offered

SPRINGFIELD — Sanitizer and plexiglass shields might be small things. But lacking required equipment and supplies could keep small businesses from reopening from the coronavirus pandemic.

That’s why the Eastman Foundation, through the Indian Orchard Citizens Council, is offering a total of $20,000 in grants to small businesses in this neighborhood in northeastern Springfield.
