How to spend Community Preservation Act money subject of Holyoke forum April 18

The board that will advise the City Council about how to spend money raised through the Community Preservation Act will hold a public forum April 18 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Senior Center, 291 Pine St. “The Committee will be explaining what types of projects are eligible and then we will gather recommendations from the public as to where they want to see the funding used on behalf of the city,” said Elaine A. Pluta, chairwoman of the Community Preservation Act Committee. “We will also have a survey available that night and also available online,” said Pluta, the former mayor.
