Holyoke Community College secures $35K state grant for hotel training lab
Holyoke Community College has obtained a $35,000 grant to build a hotel training lab at the HCC MGM Culinary Arts Institute on Race Street, further expanding the school’s hospitality program. The lab simulates a hotel front desk and reception area, along with a guest room fitted with the latest technologies. The program benefits noncredit and associate degree candidates in HCC’s hospitality management program. The lab will open in February.
