Historic Armory site sold, new owners plan $5 million project
Built Partnership, a Georgia-based investor and developer, has purchased the the 140,000-square-foot Armory Watershops site and plans in investment of more than $5 million at the site. Built Partnership’s plan is to redevelop the 161-year-old site into space for high-tech light manufacturing, e-commerce, storage, and office space, according to a news release. The new owners said current tenants are expected to remain on the site initially.
