At a time when most companies and nonprofit institutions in the region are hiring, or trying to, many area business owners, managers, and HR directors are sitting across the table from job candidates trying to determine if that individual is the proverbial ‘right one.’ Given this climate, BusinessWest asked a number of area business leaders to identify one of their favorite, most effective interview questions.
