Governor Healey, Lt. Governor Driscoll and Transportation Secretary Monica Tibbits-Nutt have appointed Andy Koziol as Director of the West-East Rail. Koziol will be responsible for the oversight and coordination of ongoing and future projects that will support the passenger rail program, also known as Compass Rail.
