Greens of Southwick ready for construction at former golf course
The Greens of Southwick, the residential development at the former Southwick Country Club golf course, officially opened Saturday. A ribbon-cutting took place with developers Fiore Realty Holdings and partners from Westfield Bank, Rovithis Realty, Crestview Construction, town officials and more. The Greens is divided by College Highway into two areas. The west side will have 25 single-family homes and the east side will have 49 single-family homes. Prices for the model homes being offered start at $389,900.
