The Great New England Air Show is returning to Westover Air Reserve Base this summer with the Air Force’s demonstration team the Thunderbirds as the headline act and multiple other military and civilian acts planned. “This will be the first time in 10 years that the Air Force’s official aerial demonstration team are performing at Westover,” said Senior Master Sgt. Andrew Biscoe, acting chief of public affairs. The show is scheduled for the weekend of July 14-15, but there will multiple events leading up to the event for the first time. As always, admission and parking are free, he said.
