Federal $3.1 million road grant set to benefit ongoing Ludlow Mills redevelopment project
U.S. Secretary of Commerce Wilbur Ross announced that the department’s Economic Development Administration is earmarking the federal funds for improvements to Riverside Drive, tying into the mixed-use mill project. The $3.1 million grant “will bring the Riverside Drive project at Ludlow Mills one step closer to completion,” said U.S. Rep. Richard E. Neal, D-Springfield.
