Equipment auction set for former Friendly’s, Joy’s in Ludlow before demolition and redevelopment
Want to own a piece of Friendly’s? How about part of Joy’s restaurant? Landlord Colvest Group will sell all the equipment from the closed restaurants at 471 and 481 Center St. at auction Wednesday. Colvest is preparing the site for redevelopment.
