State environmental regulators are scheduled Monday to review Forest Lake Properties’ request to build 220 seasonal cottages along Forest Lake during a site visit to the 551 River St. property. After the site visit there will be an indoor meeting at which public comment will be sought. The project requires approval from the state Department of Environmental Protection.
