Enfield Square Mall sells to unknown buyer
The Enfield Square Mall sold at auction Wednesday to an unknown buyer for $10.85 million. The website for the online-only auction run by Ten-X Commercial doesn’t list the winning bidder. But the new owner will become public after the deed is recorded in Connecticut, according to an auction spokesman. The sale is expected to close and become final in about 30 days.
