Easy as Pie: Pioneer Valley Data website rolls out accessible stats for Western Massachusetts communities
Pioneer Valley Data puts all that information together in one place and makes it easy to find, easy to use and easy to compare numbers from various sources: like looking at poverty and employment rates together. The website updates itself as newer sets of data flow in, Goren-Watts said. It is a project of the Regional Employment Board of Hampden County, Economic Development Council of Western Massachusetts, Franklin County Council of Governments, Public Health Institute of Western Massachusetts, Community Foundation of Western Massachusetts, MassMutual Foundation, Irene E. & George A. Davis Foundation and the Beveridge Family Foundation.
